Fees

Residential building applications:

$50 for the first $1,000 of construction

Additional $6 for each $1,000 of construction

Commercial building applications:

$200 for the first $1,000 of construction

Additional $12 for each $1,000 of construction

Maintain/legalization fee:

Additional 50% of building fee.

Certificate of compliance/occupancy-   $100

Electrical application-  $40 (applicant pays fee to certified inspection company)

Application for electrical license - $300. Renewal fee (2yr) - $200

Plumbing permit - $80 for first (5) fixtures.   Maintain fee - additional $350

Plumbers license- $200 application fee. Renewal fee $100 (2yr)

Lines & grades -  $45- sidewalk, driveway, apron, curb

Dumpster permit - $25

Fence- $50

Signs- $90

Above-Ground Pool - $35

Change of use - $50

Storage containers (PODS) - $125
